AJ Series Pumps

AJ Series Pumps are designed for continuous highly- abrasive and density Sludge/slurry pumping, from the process of feeding hydrocyclones of the first grinding stage to pumping flotation products and enrichement of factory tailings, as well as for use under any conditions and on different environments in the conditions of mining and industrial enterprises.

Design features and advantages:

Solid construction with through-bolt anchors ensures easy maintenance and minimizes downtime.
Fully lined ductile iron housing provides durability, strength, safety and long life.
High-efficiency, large-diameter impellers provide the necessary performance at lower rotational speeds, ensuring maximum service life and minimum operating costs.
The enlarged passages between the impeller blades are designed to provide reduced internal velocities, increased lifetime and reduced operating costs.
Thick elastomeric or metal liners provide superior corrosion resistance, easy liner replacement and interchangeability, which reduces total maintenance costs and increases equipment life.Minimum shaft overhang with the impeller reduces shaft deflection and increases gland life.
The modular bearing unit allows maintenance to be performed without the pump removing , thus ensuring reliable operation and a long lifetime of the bearings.
Different types of bearing units with grease or fluid lubrication ensure easy maintenance and reduce downtime
The ability to use seals without seal water reduces or eliminates the need for flushing water.
The use of high-performance seal assembly expanders extends equipment lifetime while reducing or eliminating the need for flushing water.
The interchangeability of sealing unit components allows the use of a full-flow, low-flow, centrifugal or mechanical seal on any pump size.
